How do I place order?

 Are your products ready stocks? 

They are all ready stocks and available for grabs unless stated pre-order/backorder. 

 Do i need to sign up to make a purchase? It is not compulsory but we strongly suggest to sign up with us as it will more convenient for your check out and you will be able to receive exclusive promotions from us.

4. What are they payment options? 

We currently accept Online Banking via Senang Pay , MaybankQR pay & manual transfer to our Maybank account. Please refer our Payment Info.


How long does delivery take?

We will process your order within 24 hours and will ship within the next 48 hours. Once courier scans in, you will receive the items within 2- 5 days and a tracking number via sms.

What if my parcel goes missing or delay? 

Unfortunately, the liability of the parcel lies within the courier service once parcel has been shipped. However, you may contact us, and we will try our best to liaise with the courier service.

*we strongly advise to track the postal tracking number to know the status of your parcels to avoid inconveniences


Can I return or exchange my items? 

There will be no exchange or refund on any purchase made unless the goods are faulty when you first received it, we are more than happy to offer a refund or exchange.

How do I apply for refund if my items are damage or wrongly send?

How to apply for return or refund: 

Step 1: Take a close picture of the defected item/ wrong item and let us know your order number via DM or Whatsapp 

Step 2: Let us know if you would like to refund or return item

Return process: Return your items via courier service (cost will borne by us but we will not be responsible for any lost parcel. Reimbursement of shipping fee is up to RM12)

Refund : Kindly send us your bank details and we will proceed with a bank transfer within 3 days.


What are the materials of your product? 

Most of our products are made from alloy, zircon and we have also a collection of S925 & Gold Plated. 

Will you restock items that are sold out?

Most of our our items will be restocked based on the availability of our supplier, if you would like to know if a specific product is restocking, you may whatsapp or DM us. 

Will my items tarnish? 

All jewelry will eventually tarnish or discolor if left out in the open air or lack of caring. To prevent this, we recommend some tips below to take care or your jewelry.

You may take care with these three simple steps

  • Keep away from water, chemicals (perfume, lotions, sea water, hair spray, and so on)
  • Clean with soft, clean cloth to wipe your jewelry pieces after wearing them
  • Store in a cool,dry place like pouch or box as this will prevent tarnishing

Can sensitive skins wear your jewelry? 

We recommend to not wear alloy material and opt for  those with sensitive skin to use our Sterling Silver.
