There will be no exchange or refund on any purchase made unless the goods are faulty when you first receive it, or if you have received the wrong order. If you have received the wrong order, you have 7 days to return the unworn item with the original packaging from the date you receive it. If the items are defect, take a close picture of the defect and inform us via Instagram or Whatsapp as soon.
Once we received your item, we will proceed to return your right items. For defect items, you may choose for full refund or to choose another product. Please take note that if you would like to opt for a refund, the refund will not be included with shipping costs.
The cost of return and exchange parcel will be borne by us. We recommend to use Pos Laju or any secured courier service with a tracking service. Kindly send us the copy of consignment note for proof of return and receipt of the shipping fee charged. Reimbursement of shipping fee is up to RM 12.
Oh So Yeppeun is not responsible for any returns that are missing or stolen while in transit.
